One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 345ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 345ph determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.
Account Verification (KYC): 345ph is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to submit any documents requested by 345ph for verification purposes, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. 345ph reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source if a third-party payment is detected.
345ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The 345ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 345ph. You may not use any 345ph trademark without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
345ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 345ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 345ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 345ph's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 345ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
345ph is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the 345ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
345ph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all other applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if the termination is the result of a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct. Where termination is not the result of a breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.
You may close your 345ph account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 345ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
345ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to player protection and responsible gaming standards.
